What you'll do
- Build and evaluate predictive models on real portfolio data
- Measure model impact on actual recovery rates, not theoretical ones
- Work with compliance to keep models fair and explainable
What we're looking for
- Experience in credit risk modelling or equivalent
- Strong Python and ML tooling
- Able to explain a model to non-specialists
